EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Farrukh is the Senior Tax Services Partner and member of the firm’s senior leadership. In this role, he has overall responsibility for the quality of services, operations profitability, strategy execution, protect clients’ interests and welfare of the employees. During his 27-year career with HRSS, Farrukh has built a reputation for value-added, ingenious and focused service to entrepreneurial companies and their management teams. Farrukh specializes in entity tax planning and structuring, international taxation, federal, state and local tax returns, and IRS representation. Farrukh has worked with a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare and professional services.

Prior to joining HRSS in 1993, Farrukh worked in the financial reporting department at Hess Corporation. Farrukh has served as Director at large on the Board of Texas Society of CPAs.
